Data deletion
You can request deletion of information processed by BeeChat AI, a product of PREMIUM LIFE INNOVATION CO., LTD.

1. Stop the account connection
If you manage the connected business account, ask your BeeChat super administrator to disconnect the channel. You can also revoke BeeChat’s authorization in the connected social platform’s account or business integration settings.
Disconnecting an account and deleting stored records are separate actions. Please send a deletion request if you also want previously stored BeeChat data reviewed for removal.
2. Send a deletion request
Email office@beechatai.com with the subject “BeeChat data deletion request”. Include:
- The connected platform and the business account or Page name or identifier.
- The information you want deleted, such as account connection data or a particular conversation.
- Your relationship to that account or conversation and a way to contact you.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, authenticator keys, or other login secrets. If you are a customer of a business using BeeChat, you may also contact that business directly about its own records.
3. Verification and processing
We will review the request, verify the requester’s authority where necessary, and explain any information we need to identify the relevant records. We will confirm the outcome and describe any records that need to be retained for applicable obligations or legitimate service requirements. Records held separately by Facebook, TikTok, or the business remain subject to their own processes.
